The following terms and conditions apply to visitors of the web site http://www.eventsinflower.com.au, and the web pages contained therein.

1. Copyright and use of site

The intellectual property of http://www.eventsinflower.com.au and web pages contained therein remains the exclusive copyright of Events In Flower. No images or content may be reproduced or altered in any form without the expressed authorisation of the copyright owner.

No cost involved in using the site. It is intended as a free service to the general public. Affiliates and companies advertising and/or displaying goods and/or services may incur a cost for having their products and/or services listed on the site.


The following terms and conditions apply to customers of Events In Flower in all it's entities.

2. Refunds

A refund will be paid based on the following:

· A deposit of 20% of the total account is to be made on booking of an order.
· If total account is paid in full in advance or at time of ordering, then a full refund minus 10% is payable where the cancellation occurs 14 days or greater to the event date.
· A refund where only a deposit has been made will only occur if the cancellation is 14 days or greater to the event date (event date is considered to be the wedding day or event day) and a full refund will occur minus 10%.
· If the cancellation is made with less than 14 days remaining to the event date, regardless of how much is paid then the refund will be the full amount less 15%.

3. Cancelling orders

Cancellations may be made at any stage of the order up until 48 hours prior to the event date. After this time no cancellations can be made and no refunds will be given. If cancellation is a deferment of the event, then consideration will be given and dates and the order will be readjusted.

4. Payment options

A 20% deposit on booking is required. The account is to be paid in full 14 days or earlier prior to event date. Payments can be made in cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Cash is a preference.

5. Penalties for late or non-payment

See refunds for non payment. Late payments do not incur a surcharge so long as it is paid prior to the event date.

7am to 7pm

7. Time lag between ordering of flowers and delivery

Time between order and delivery date depends on when the order is placed. Minimum order to delivery time is 7 days.

8. Guarantee of delivery on time

A guarantee is placed on all orders unless problems are outside Events In Flower's control (ie vehicle breakdown, death, products stolen etc).

9. Miscellaneous

Colour and flower type availability is at the discretion of the seasons and also the supplier and whilst all care is taken, if the particular requirements cannot be met a suitable and closely matched product will be used. This is checked with the customer prior to Events In Flower going ahead in this situation.
